About

I believe one of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand your own story. Whether you are struggling with feelings of low self-esteem and self-blame or overwhelm and worry, it is painful to be stuck in a never-ending loop of negativity and uncertainty. These beliefs impact all aspect of our lives from our relationships with our loved ones and friends to our careers and education. Often, we get stuck continuing the same patterns because we don’t know what else to do and we can feel at a loss. The good news is, you have already taken the first step in changing the cycle just by being here and for that, I congratulate you! View 3 Photos

I offer a safe and judgmental free space where your wholeness is welcome to come forward and will be met with curiosity, empathy, and kindness. Our work will be to explore the emotions that need your attention through showing oneself compassion and acceptance of what is. Using an embodiment approach, we will unearth the inner wisdom alive in you already.

I come to the therapy world with a background in farming which has informed my perspective as a therapist and my belief that all humans have the uncontainable drive to grow, to become, just like plants. My many years of farming has taught me the value in asking for help and the humility it takes to try and try again. You are right on time.
