About

Difficult pregnancies, unexpected birth experiences, relationships with our own childhood caregivers, and postpartum mood disorders influence how we show up with our infants. My goal is to help you settle into a relationship with your baby that meets the baby's AND your social and emotional needs.

My passion is to help parents and their infants create strong, healthy relationships full of delight, focused on the wellbeing of baby and parents and based in the science of attachment. Your needs matter too! I provide evidence-based information, strategies, and support in the prenatal and postpartum period. Learn more about my services at www.rootedco.co.

Reach out! There is a lot of noise out there about the "best" ways to parent, and much of it is not based in science or recognition that every family is unique. I can help you sort through the noise and tap into your own intuition and goals. You can schedule telehealth appointments through my Headway profile, or call/text about in-home appointments!
