The people I work with are often experiencing uncertainty about their relationships and other choices, or feel unmotivated or unsatisfied in their work. They are navigating life transitions including launching their careers, exploring identity and purpose, and building meaningful relationships. They are interested in breaking intergenerational patterns and doing something different with their partners and families. I am passionate about working with folks who wish to build trust and deepen their connection in relationships. I am LGBTQIA-affirming and equipped to support those with sexual difficulties or concerns. As a systemically oriented clinician, I'm attentive to the social and relational context of my clients. I employ a non-pathologizing approach that validates your unique context while holding hope for the change you want to make in your life. I believe that understanding our behavior allows us to change by releasing shame and building self-confidence. The decision to start therapy takes bravery and vulnerability. I am honored to hold a warm and nonjudgmental space for my clients and to witness their process of change. Therapy works best when it’s a good fit, so please reach out if you think this could be it! I look forward to learning more about you and what you’re looking to get out of therapy.
