I’ve found a passion in helping those with neurodivergent experiences (such as ADHD, Autism, and OCD) manage their social anxieties that may be manifesting themselves in such things as eating disorders or other unhealthy coping mechanisms. More generally, I am enthusiastic in working through life changes and struggles with those who are in their late teens into late adulthood in a way that aligns with your identity. I take the time to understand you and your needs and tailor our therapy together to meet your needs. Recognizing the diversity of human experiences, I prioritize a client-centered approach in therapy, tailoring interventions to each individual’s needs and preferences. Central to my practice is the belief in fostering a supportive environment where individuals can navigate their mental health challenges with dignity and resilience. Our anxieties get the best of us at times, especially if we are going through significant life struggles. If there is a version of yourself that just isn’t coming to the forefront the way you’d like, I can help you find your autonomy so you can feel more confident being yourself while simultaneously understanding what others’ needs are too.
