About

I'm interested in working with adults experiencing a wide range of life’s obstacles, including experiencing anxiety, depression, family and/or relationship struggles. I have a special interest in incorporating accessible mental health counseling practices tailored towards a neurodiverse population. I have a passion for supporting individuals through body image struggles, with a background in intuitive eating practices. Additionally, I approach my work using a trauma lens, centering social justice and advocacy in my work with individuals.

Overall, I value flexibility, aiming to make all spaces individualized and client centered. My primary goal is to provide a safe and empowering space centered on a strong therapeutic relationship, incorporating mindfulness to create a compassionate and understanding space.

Talking to someone in a safe and vulnerable space can help. I aim to nurture a safe relationship with my clients and offer insight and empowerment as you navigate many of life's challenges.
