About

I have 6 years experience working with children facing a variety of concerns, including anxiety, grief, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder, behavioral difficulties, and adjustment issues. Through gentle guidance and evidence based interventions, I help children build resilience, enhance self compassion, and strengthen their relationships with others.

I offer an approach using play therapy and expressive arts therapy to facilitate communication. I use art, music, play, and storytelling to promote emotional growth and healing and model emotional regulation skills to foster collaboration and interaction.

I am passionate about supporting parents and caregivers in understanding their child’s needs and fostering a positive family dynamic. I believe that by empowering both children and their caregivers, we can create lasting positive change that extends beyond the therapy room.
