Originally from New York, Tess has landed in Utah after years of dedication to environmental and social justice work globally. She has worked extensively with adolescents, young adults, and families in experiential and recreational therapy. She specializes in life transitions and development of Self, and works with a wide array of unique clientele experiencing issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, disordered eating, body image issues, sexual health and fulfillment, attachment issues, oppositional defiant disorder, family and relationship dynamics, and chronic stress, pain, and illness. Tess takes a holistic and integrative approach to healing. She has an eclectic therapeutic style and works collaboratively with clients to recognize strengths and make meaningful changes. Tess works with clients to show up authentically in their lives. She believes that challenge is vital to change, and views herself as a guide for clients navigating new and difficult terrain.
