Welcome! Reaching out for help can feel difficult. The stress of everyday life- work, school, family, finances, relationships, etc. can feel difficult to manage. I find it is important to build a strong therapeutic relationship built upon trust, empathy, and compassion. I am here to offer an inclusive, non-judgmental, safe space where you feel comfortable to explore areas of your life that feel complex or troubling. I am a mindfulness-based, cognitive and dialectic therapist. I specialize in working with individuals recovering from anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflicts, substance use, and eating disorders. I am eclectic in my approach, and draw upon tools from mindfulness-based practices to give you skills to alleviate tension and stress in everyday life. I believe each person is the expert of their story, and it takes courage to reach out for support. I will encourage you to be curious and honest in your journey of healing. I will work with you to reach your personal goals, and help guide you to your needs.
