Hello. I am Terry, a Master's level counselor under supervision, and I am here to support you. Life's challenges can be daunting. I offer a safe and reflective space to explore these challenges together. Are you or your child/teen struggling with grief, adjusting to a new school/area, or planning what comes next? I assist adults and teens in navigating these challenging times. Are you lost navigating the complexities of your relationship? I also work with adults to navigate relationship issues individually or as couples. Each step we take is an opportunity for personal growth. I work with children and teenagers to help them adjust to new schools, cope with grief, anxiety, and social belonging, and develop lasting skills to use as they grow. I tailor counseling to meet each client's unique needs. I also work with couples who are navigating their relationships, whether they are looking for enrichment or facing extreme challenges.
