During your times of uncertainty, you may find old and new challenges rising up, forgoing self-care, and leaning into anxiety and depression. This may be the perfect time to reach out and know someone is there to listen and attend to your worries and concerns. You have the opportunity to find and listen to your inner voice, cultivate self-compassion and develop coping strategies to manage the impact of any adversity, coming out ahead because you showed up for yourself in your time of need. My aim is to be welcoming, receptive, reassuring, and empowering by being sensitive to your feelings, understanding your intended messages and offering helpful feedback and guidance. I follow your lead, believe in your strengths, trust your abilities and guide you to your inner knowing through a mindful, humanistic, strength-based, feminist approach. It can be difficult to be vulnerable, to open up to parts of yourself that are painful and frightening. However once you see yourself with compassion and understanding, the process of healing, learning to cope, and cultivating self-empowerment begins. Where you are at, what you need, and how you feel matters. This is your journey to health and wellness.
