We all have the innate capacity for healing. We tend towards growth. But sometimes, internal and/or external barriers get in our way. The purpose of my practice is to help you tap into your inner wisdom to achieve a greater sense of fulfillment, connection, and liberation. I do so by creating a safe space for self-inquiry, providing firm guidance and alternative perspectives, and supporting you to find tangible ways inward and forward. I work with a trauma-informed and anti-oppressive framework. I also provide remote and in-person Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) for individuals and couples. I am a queer, Chinese-American child of immigrants, truth-seeker, and creative living in between and across cultures. I work experientially and somatically with individuals, families, and couples across a range of issues including intimacy, cultural identity, trauma, grief, transitions, depression, anxiety, systemic oppression, sexuality, and spirituality. I bring a warm, intuitive, and holding presence - with the capacity for playfulness and directness when appropriate. As a therapist, I show up with patience, acceptance, and radical honesty. I support my clients to navigate social, emotional, existential, spiritual, and relational challenges unique to or compounded by today's world.
