It takes a great deal of courage to ask someone for help, this is why I emphasize therapy that is guided by genuineness, unconditional positive regard, and empathy. The most effective therapeutic work happens without judgment, with complete acceptance, and curiosity. I hope to offer this to my clients. I am passionate about working with individuals and couples who are struggling with issues that are interfering with functional living. I am excited to be part of your mental health journey, and I will strive to give you my earnest attention to help you navigate life choices and find effective solutions. People are unique and "one-size fits all" does not work. I customize my counseling to meet each client where they are emotionally, leveraging a broad range of techniques to treat specific issues. I know each client is the expert of his/her own life and I invite each client to explore experiences that may be hindering him/her from living his/her best life. When confronted with life challenges and hardships, we find ourselves feeling alone and isolated and it can be difficult to reach out for help. I know it takes a great deal of courage to ask for help, I considerate it an honor and privilege to assist those who are hurting, and are striving to overcome.
