About

Thank you for being here! I want to acknowledge that looking for help and for the appropriate therapist can be hard. You deserve a space where you feel safe, seen and heard. As a therapist, my intention is to partner with you and cultivate a safe space full of self-compassion and self-awareness. I am a bilingual (Spanish/English) and bicultural associate licensed clinical social worker. I work with people experiencing anxiety and depression symptoms and I also specialize in working with survivors of trauma: domestic violence, sexual violence, and racial trauma.

I use a trauma-informed, person-centered, holistic, culturally affirmative and strengths-based approach with an anti-oppressive and social justice lens. I incorporate a variety of tools depending on your goals (cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, brainspotting, somatic practices, writing etc).

Every person is unique and I collaborate with individuals to identify and tailor the most helpful therapy approaches for them. I love witnessing an individual's growth and self-discovery during your healing process. If this feels like a good fit for you, please contact me by email or phone (leave a voicemail) to schedule a free phone consultation.
