Welcome! I'm Teresa Hernandez, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of California. I work with individual ages 13+, couples, and families in a variety of areas including addiction, anxiety, coping skills, depression, behavioral issues, anger management, family conflict, grief, life transitions, and self-esteem, amongst others. I prefer to blend a variety of treatment modalities based on where the client is. Beginning with Narrative Therapy focuses on the client's story about their life. Exploring the stories we tell supports externalizing issues and empowers the client to: deconstruct the story and create a new account.
