As a Harvard trained psychologist, I work to use my education, experience, and passion for my profession to create a comfortable, caring enviroment for every individual I see. My initial focus is on understanding the unique ways in which each person thinks and feels about themselves and their life experiences. I then work with individuals to discover and change aspects of their thinking that have become ineffective; thoughts that lead to debilitating negative emotions or destructive behaviors. In every session I work to foster the open dialog and mutual respect needed to ensure a productive therapeutic relationship. View 8 Photos In addition to engaging in psychotherapy with individuals, couples and families, a significant component of my clinical expertise is in the assessment and treatment of child and adult ADHD, Autism Spectrum Conditions and Mood Disorders, as well as learning and behavioral issues in children. In order to expand the treatment options offered by my practice, I am happy to announce the addition of QEEG and Neurofeedback services in my office. These tools offer drug-free interventions for issues such as ADHD, depression, anxiety and learning disorders. For further information, please see: www.dspbrainmaps.com.
