This has been extremely valuable in developing my clinical skills and ability to understand and help a wide variety of people from various backgrounds. The next invaluable contribution to my clinical abilities is my Mother, Elizabeth, an extremely wise, loving woman of deep spirituality and profound critical thinking skills. She taught me, "Everyone I know knows something I don't." This makes every single person of unique intrinsic value. I have been a professional counselor for over 20 years. I come with a warm, sincere, with seriousness about client care and well-being. I am skilled in using and practicing various therapy techniques ranging from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to Trauma-Based Therapy. Teletherapy or office visit. My personality and temperament are of an extremely passionate and compassionate nature. I love people and am extremely passionate about helping people. I also have an excellent sense of humor and am warm and sincere; people seem to pick up quickly that I am on their side and that they have gained an ally in improving their life. I believe all people come with the ability to impro e their lives.
