About

Sometimes you can hit a wall and experience overwhelming emotions. It can be confusing to sort out your thoughts and feelings during that experience. Many times this is rooted in trauma, childhood adversities, family dynamics, or relational stresses. My role as your therapist is to help you understand how your past is in your present. Learning themes and patterns will help you facilitate the change that is needed to relieve these symptoms. Together we can peel back the layers. Awareness is the key to healing! View 8 Photos

I offer my clients a humanistic/existential approach. I am well versed in working with clients who are experiencing addiction, trauma, depression, anxiety, abandonment, and family/relationship stress. I work with adolescents, adults, and families. I have a lot of training in existential modalities in addition to DBT and addiction treatment methods.

Healing is a process that takes patience, courage, and strength. Our willingness to build trust, have empathy, and connect on a human level will guide us to find a balanced beginning together. We also have other therapists in the practice who are wonderful at what they do. You can check them out in the photo section.
