My name is Teena Mabry, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) serving clients statewide in Illinois via telehealth. I have worked with all populations, but my focus is working with adults (18 & up). I specialize in depression, anxiety, stress management/burnout, work trauma, relationship issues and clients dealing with chronic illnesses. Typically, I have worked with clients who are 18 and up, dealing with difficult life transitions, “new normal” because of chronic illnesses, unhealthy relationships that can cause depression, anxiety, and stress. I guide clients in finding their own strengths and assist with the development of healthy coping strategies. My communication style is direct, honest, yet supportive and without judgment. Feedback that I have received over the years is that I am an excellent listener and clients are able to talk with me about anything and learn some new things in the process.
