I am an art therapist & counselor who supports humans across the lifespan, providing services to children, teens, and adults of any age. My approach is genuine, relational, collaborative, responsive to your needs, and always with a lens on how the world around us impacts our mental health and access to resources. Many people come to therapy because they feel stuck in their story. I am curious to know yours and to help you strengthen your ability to envision other ways of living. I use an anti-oppressive lens in my work and value anti-racism, disability justice, community, and gender-affirming approaches to care. I use creative approaches to help children & teens navigate grief, divorce, school issues, neurodiversity, build emotional intelligence, and process trauma. I also specialize in art therapy for adults with memory loss & supporting their loved ones. Lastly, I specialize in queer and gender-affirming therapy for people of all ages. You don't have to be an "artist" to try art therapy. We are all creative in our own ways & I love working with people who want to explore that part of themselves. Getting support can be scary, especially if you've been disappointed or wounded by mental health services in the past. I'm happy to connect and see if my approach is a good fit for your needs.
