NOT Accepting New Clients - Life is a journey not a destination. The path is filled with obstacles, detours, and unexpected storms. Navigating your Healing Journey can be tough. Along the way it is helpful to have support to help you learn and develop new skills to navigate the challenges and help you realize your strength and power within. My approach is strength-based and collaborative in nature, assisting each individual, with their own uniqueness, in becoming their best self in the midst of the life’s challenges. My clinical experience includes supporting people through stress, anxiety, depression, relational, and other mental and emotional struggles.
