Regardless, you deserve to feel seen, heard, and accepted as we work through whatever may be present in your life. I use a sex-positive approach that honors and views all forms of consensual sexual expression and relationships as normal. I respect that the role of sex varies from individual to individual and relationship to relationship. The intersection of sex-positivity and trauma-informed care has been a passion throughout my journey as a mental health provider. My special interests include pleasure mentoring, kink, ethical non-monogamy, polyamorous relationships, trans and non-binary care, religious trauma, anti-racism, and vicarious trauma.
