About

As humans, we all face an array of challenges, experience pain and suffering, and sometimes, find ourselves feeling alone in the dark, helpless and hopeless. I understand asking for help can be the most terrifying and uncomfortable decision we have to make during these times. As a therapist, it is my goal to empower my clients through these hardships, to find the light. I am invested in and unafraid to provide the deep connection and nonjudgmental space essential to think, feel, and work through any fears and challenges appearing in the way of achieving your goals.

I have clinical experience working with individuals of all ages and diverse cultural backgrounds. I specialize in and enjoy working with borderline personality symptoms, complex trauma, and interpersonal struggles. I utilize an integrative approach to therapy and am always open to making adjustments in support and acceptance of my clients unique needs.

I am aware that each person’s journey toward growth and healing is different. I will meet you wherever you are struggling, ready to deliver the guidance necessary to transform your path. Together, we can create a safe environment to cultivate change by exploring issues, developing insight, and learning the valuable skills useful to achieve fulfilment.
