I am a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor. I earned a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern University and A & M College. My experience and interests focus on a wide array of presenting matters/concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, marriage /family counseling, and Substance Abuse. My primary approach to psychotherapy is solution focused, reality and cognitive behavioral therapy when necessary. However, I utilize an eclectic approach based upon the needs of the client and current situation. I offer counseling services for individuals and in groups. My goal is to provide a safe, trusting, and nonjudgmental environment for clients.
