Tired of being tired? I get that. Always having to be strong can be exhausting. Overwhelmed, excessive worry, lack of interest, irritability, and procrastination are just a few things I hear from Black women in therapy. Together in therapy we can address those feelings and work towards your goals and improved mental health. View 5 Photos As a therapist, I strive to make therapy a safe and open space for clients to share, process, and ultimately grow. Utilizing a holistic approach, I specialize in treating Black women experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. I combine the history of Black people in America along with mental health techniques to address mind and body disconnection. Navigating work, family, health, and relationships is a lot to handle and then add racial and gender issues, that can be too much! Come to therapy with a black therapist that understands you. With me we will share a space of empathy and connection free of racism, sexism, and micro-aggressions. The best way to reach me is through email or message.
