I would describe my therapeutic style as personable, open, warm, accepting and thoughtful. I will always meet my clients where they’re at and include them while creating a personalized treatment plan. I have been working in the field since 2018 and have experience serving many different populations and age groups. My primary clinical focus has been centered around helping individuals cope with eating disorders, substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, mood disorders, trauma and family work.
