I approach therapy through 3 lenses; one that is empathetic, a curious learner, & one that is a facilitator of thought. The development of a team-like mentality is very important to the therapeutic relationship and growth. My clients are experts on their own lives, & I am here to learn & help you create awareness. Genuineness, trust, & openness is encouraged so that we may learn about ourselves, live a valued life, & grow to the best of our ability. My main areas of focus are Psychedelic/Ketamine Infusion Therapy Integration (Preparation and Processing Afterwards), Harm Reduction/Substance Misuse, Anxiety, ADHD, and Depression. I offer clients the ability to share their life experiences and work though what difficulties may arise as a cooperative team, while providing room to process past experiences as well as how to maintain progress already made. Some experiences in life are hard to process and understand, as we work together as a team we will begin to unravel the mysteries together! I do not judge, we are all humans here. I wish to help you understand yourself better so that you may live the life you feel is most fulfilling, and if you don't know what that is we can figure it out together!
