About

I believe that everyone can benefit from having an encouraging, genuine mental health professional by their side as they work through internal or external hardships. Working with individuals of all ages and from a variety of backgrounds, I aim to help my clients increase their self-awareness and insight to make meaningful changes in their lives. I understand that everyone's needs of a therapist are different. Prioritizing a safe, nonjudgmental space for those I work with, I use a person-centered approach to collaborate with my clients to create a therapeutic experience that works best for them.

I help my clients explore their goals, strengths, values, and how they can best show up for themselves. I enjoy using humor with my clients and make sure to celebrate successes throughout the therapeutic journey. I also incorporate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to facilitate therapeutic growth.

Making the decision to start therapy can feel overwhelming, and it is important to feel as though your therapist is a good match. I am here to answer any questions about the therapeutic process you may have and to discuss how we could work together to reach your goals.
