My practice as a psychotherapist prioritizes creating an unconditionally accepting space where you are free to explore your truest self. With over 10 years of postgraduate experience in substance use, mood disorders and relationship issues. I specialize in CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) with adults and adolescents using a person-centered and integrated trauma-informed approach. My goal is to help you build a relationship with yourself based on radical self-compassion, rather than shame, judgment, and fear of failure.
