About

Your are brave. By seeking counseling, you are choosing to no longer allow your inner light to be dimmed. Together, we can work through past trauma, feelings of abandonment, anxiety, or neurodivergence—and help you begin to build a more secure and fulfilling life. I use a blend of approaches, such as attachment-based therapy, polyvagal, and mindfulness based CBT to help you build emotional awareness and reconnect with your true self. We all get stuck in patterns that can feel overwhelming; I’m here to support you in breaking free and rediscovering the incredible person you are. Let’s embark on this journey together—you’re not alone.

In our sessions, you’ll find a warm, welcoming space where you can express yourself without fear of judgment. I believe that authentic connection is essential to the therapeutic process. I’m here to listen, support, and guide you as we navigate your unique journey together.

It would be a privilege to walk alongside you as you explore your feelings and find meaning in your experiences. If you feel I may be a good fit for you, please don't hesitate to reach out - we can arrange a free 15-minute phone consultation. Until then, I’m sending you heartfelt wishes for health, peace, and compassion.
