About

I am here to provide empathetic and holistic support. If you, your child, or a loved one faces challenges associated with neurodivergence (e.g., attention difficulties, lack of mental clarity, impulsivity, emotional dysregulation, and inflexibility), anxiety, people-pleasing, or just general life stress, and you would find guidance and consistent collaboration beneficial, I may be the therapist for you! Common goals include self-empowerment, emotion regulation, self-advocacy, social skills, and self-understanding. Together, we can foster a brighter future, celebrating strengths and addressing challenges with compassionate support. View 6 Photos
