November 2024- accepting new clients. I am a skilled, caring therapist with years of experience treating clients from emerging adulthood through the senior years. I have a collaborative, empathetic therapeutic style and utilize psychodynamic, cognitive and person-centered approaches. My interest in the field began while attending New York University, where I majored in psychology. I received a Master of Social Work from Fordham University in 2009. I completed my advanced year internship at Jacobi Medical Center, Bronx, NY, and since graduating I have worked in hospital, human services and outpatient settings. My work is currently focused on treating adults, and on treating anxiety, depression, adjustment to challenging life circumstances and changes, and interpersonal difficulties. I have a background in crisis work and advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I offer complementary 15 minute consultations to determine if we are a good fit for one another.
