About

Are you easily overwhelmed or overstimulated by things others seem to handle with ease? Do you feel different from others? Easily misunderstood? Are relationships a struggle? Do you feel like you don't know who you are or what you want in life? If any of these resonate, you’ve come to the right place! I support and find a special connection with clients experiencing these very same things. Additionally, I value working with clients who are experiencing OCD, trauma manifestations, anxiety and depression, anger issues, life transitions, grief, suicidal ideation, low self-esteem, religious or faith-related challenges, and more.

From my eclectic toolbox of therapeutic approaches, I am passionate about using IFS, somatic or body-based and mindfulness strategies, as well as art therapy techniques. Individualized support is designed to meet you where you're at, so don't expect a "one size fits all" approach! Dance/movement therapy is a specialty technique I offer to those interested.

Starting therapy can be scary, so I applaud your courage to take the step! Good rapport with your therapist is key to the therapeutic process, so it is important you find someone you can be yourself with and who will be sensitive to your story while challenging growth. I look forward to connecting to determine if I might be that person for you!
