Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Mental Health Service Provider designation (LPC-MHSP) based in the state of Tennessee. I received my Masters from Freed-Hardeman University five years ago and have been working with people struggling with trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression since that time. I am passionate about helping my clients reclaim purpose and joy in their lives. In our first session we will introduce ourselves briefly and then turn our focus to some of the things that led you to see me. You may share as much or as little as you desire in our sessions together. I understand that trust must be built. I believe my ability to connect with people as individuals and identify their specific and unique needs aids me as an effective therapist.
