About

My approach values the power of relationships and collaboration. I assist individuals embarking on a transformative journey to make sense of their life experiences and forge a purposeful and fulfilling path forward. I work with clients to build an empowering and meaningful therapeutic relationship that allows for exploration, support, and safety. I engage with clients through humor, spontaneity, authenticity, and a holistic understanding of their experiences. Our journey is collaborative because you are the foremost authority in your life. I would love to hear from you! View 5 Photos

I utilize talk therapy, expressive art therapies, resilience building, mindfulness, psychoeducation, and holistic wellness to help you get to the root of your problems. I have experience navigating the world as a person who is neurodivergent, manages chronic illness, and is part of the LGBTQ+ Community.

I am humbly practicing on N'dakinna, the Western Abenaki Lands. I am dedicated to providing a space that is Anti-Racist, LGBTQI+ affirming, Body Liberating, Sex Positive, and Disability Justice Oriented.
