Accepting new clients in the Clarksville and D.C. areas. Navigating through our life journey can become rough and cause many to feel defeated and hopeless at times. Our challenges and past experiences can impact our perspective and cause strain on the strongest people and best relationships. Whether you are responding to trauma, heartbreak, grief, or daily stress, therapy can benefit individuals and/or couples. I would love to be part of your support network and help you to regain a clear perspective. As a Mental Health Therapist, my ideal client is anyone struggling with past experiences and personal stress. I have over 20 years of experience working with individuals who have endured child abuse, domestic violence, sexual assault and those who have difficulty adjusting to unfamiliar situations. My experience also involves working with those who experience depression, anxiety, and the loss of a relationship or loved one. As the spouse of a military retiree, I am familiar with the military culture and have 16 years working with military families. Allow me to use my knowledge and skills gained through working with victims of trauma to offer support as you re-establish balance within your life.
