I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addiction Counselor offering therapy in a cozy, quiet setting in Mid-City New Orleans. I welcome individuals and groups to share this space as we seek to bring about lasting change in your life. Often, people seeking help start by identifying the external changes that are needed- when AA says 'people, places, and things' they mean it! This approach is tremendously helpful in stabilizing one's situation, but going deeper is often a confusing, and sometimes gutting process. I am here to help those who need clinical support navigating the internal changes they seek. I look forward to helping you truly embrace recovery. I have extensive experience working with individuals in early sobriety and long-term recovery, as well as their family members and loved ones. Addiction affects the entire family system, and here each person is supported to openly acknowledge and address our healing tasks.
