At Healing Grounds Therapy & Wellness Center LLC, I provide a nonjudgmental therapeutic safe space in order for you to discover your truth and live a life of authenticity unapologetically. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional. I use a combination of approaches incorporating elements of cognitive behavioral, reality, solution focused, acceptance and commitment therapy approaches. I offer individual, couples, family and group therapy I stand firmly on the notion that people are self-efficient individuals who are capable of change when endorsed by motivation and fortitude.
