I specialize in working and connecting with teens, their parents, and young adults. I find that many clients benefit from the unique relationship with a therapist in a non-judgmental and supportive space, separate from their day-to-day life to process through challenges. I aim to meet clients and parents where they are at with radical acceptance, and work as a team to identify goals to support the them in all areas of life. I use a combination of therapeutic techniques and EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization) to address the following challenges: anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, trauma, life transitions, and self-esteem. My individual-based approach uses ACT, CBT, EMDR, and a combination of other therapy styles to target past trauma and/or experiences that keep us "stuck" in our current ways of thinking and being. From there, we can process unhelpful patterns and replace them with more compassionate and useful beliefs and behaviors. I acknowledge the strength it takes to seek support, and to be open to change. I look forward to connecting and working together in this process. Please feel free to reach out with any questions you may have and I'd be happy to support you and help you get started.
