I’m particularly passionate about addressing the impact of loss and trauma, working to improve interventions that promote healing and recovery for better emotional, physical, & relational health As a counselor, my aim is to provide a safe space where you can explore your goals, discover your strengths, & work towards your aspirations. I believe in partnering with you to use your strengths as we tackle challenges & achieve your goals. Since no single approach works for everyone, I draw from a variety of therapies, including CBT, DBT, SFBT, & more
