About

My ideal client has faced adverse childhood experiences and trauma, resulting in attachment issues, family of origin trauma, and mood or personality disorders. They struggle with fear, stress, low self-esteem, and forming safe attachments. They need a compassionate, nonjudgmental therapist skilled in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Together, we aim to build self-esteem, security, and confidence, heal from trauma, and develop healthier relationships, fostering emotional regulation and a balanced, fulfilling life. View 4 Photos
