Do you or a loved one struggle with substance abuse or mental health issues...or both? Do you have a history of trauma or low self-esteem and self-worth? If stress, trauma, anxiety or depression is keeping you from living the life you want to live, I am here to help! As your therapist, I will provide an empathic, non-judgmental, and supportive space for you to feel comfortable, where you can process and better understand yourself and your relationships with others. My areas of clinical focus include substance abuse, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and life changes or transitions. I also specialize in the treatment of specific trauma such as Complex PTSD and PTSD. Therapy can often be vulnerable, and uncomfortable. I help balance this with acceptance and encouragement while also challenging change in clients to help them reach their determined goals. We are in this together!
