I am a warm and compassionate person who speaks from the heart. I understand that some things are not easy to talk about and sometimes we just don’t know where to start. I do know that the unresolved issues from the past will continue to show up in our lives regardless of how much we try to ignore them. In my work as a trauma specialist, I’ve found that a lot of people are not aware of the impact that these past negative experiences can have on our relationships and day-to-day interactions with others. I am able to help educate clients more about what they’re experiencing. As a passenger beside you in your journey of healing, I am committed to providing a safe and non-judgmental space for you to share your story as we explore the possibilities of change together. I am an avid believer in a holistic approach to mental health therapy: mind, body, emotional and social factors. I have a heart for helping and don’t believe in a “one-style fits all” approach; instead, I consider the human healing journey to be a personal one. We comfort and counsel others only as we continue to receive ongoing comfort and counsel. I help clients develop greater self-awareness and understanding of themselves.
