I specialize in addiction (alcohol, drugs, sex) and eating disorders, but have extensive experience with anxiety, depression, trauma, family and couples issues, and low self-esteem. I am also a certified yoga instructor, I utilize ACT, CBT, and DBT and I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy and can help you resolve trauma in 1-3 sessions. I know therapy can feel scary.
