I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Reiki Energy Healing Practitioner who loves working with teens, adults and couples on issues such as identity; anxiety, depression and stress management; coping skills; emotion regulation; self-esteem; and improving relationships. I work with couples on managing conflicts, building friendship & intimacy, and creating shared meaning. I am trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, and Prepare Enrich.
