Sometimes we don't like how we think or feel and that may initiate ideas about seeing a therapist. Beginning therapy for the first time or continuing your healing journey means you desire to live better, and that is courageous to choose to do. I want to give you the best experience with therapy. I believe in the beginning it is most important that the space be safe, comfortable, and inspiring for growth. My goal is to allow you to ask any questions and raise any concerns you may have so we can create an atmosphere where you can freely express yourself. My specialty is working with families and all things related to relationships and communication. I see individuals of all ages, couples, and families. I have had diverse experiences as a clinician in various settings whether inpatient, outpatient, etc. I appreciate how different tools can be used to influence how we react and relate to the world around us. I’ve learned different struggles affect life functioning with person-specific experiences so I build a therapeutic atmosphere between you and myself so you can be confident therapy is about what is important to you and for you. Your struggles both known and unknown are important and so are the victories. I look forward to welcoming you to be you.
