My background is in clinical social work with further training in Adlerian Play Therapy. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from Coe College and Masters of Social Work from The University of Northern Iowa. I have been a licensed clinical social worker treating clients in a clinical setting since 2008.

The only real consistency in life is change and change can be hard for many people. It is my goal to partner with clients and help them feel heard and understood. My wish is to help clients feel good about who they are and to make the most of their life experiences to help them live a full and rewarding life.
