About

I specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of eating disorders including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, and binge eating. I also specialize in the issues that often co-exist with eating disorders including but not limited to anxiety, depression, self-harm, self-esteem, body dysmorphia, obsessive-compulsive disorder, autism spectrum disorders, relationship concerns, and adjustment disorders. I use a holistic approach to therapy while also utilizing evidence-based treatments.

As an eating disorders specialist, I see clients on an outpatient basis, but also provide treatment level assessments, consultations to family members, and coordination of care with other health care and community professionals. My counseling office is a place for individuals to be authentic without being judged.

I believe in the inner strength of each person and use this belief to teach clients how to create their own healthy, whole lives. Although my counseling is rooted in the newest evidence-based treatment, I prioritize the unique aspects of the client for an individual experience.
