I am Tara Lineberry, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Virginia, with over 15 years of experience assisting children, adolescents, adults, and couples with mental health, relationship, and trauma concerns. I completed my Bachelor of Science in Human Development/Human Services from Virginia Tech and received my Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California. I have experience conducting therapeutic sessions in both inpatient psychiatric and outpatient mental health settings. These include strength-based, cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, mindfulness-based, emotion-focused, and solution-focused therapies. Additionally, I have an extensive history assisting survivors of trauma.
