Mental health is just as important as physical health from a young person's life stage development to an adult's continuous growth. My focus is to assist you in developing coping skills, decreasing symptoms, improving your relationships, and guiding you to where you want to be as make your overall mental health and wellness a priority. Your treatment will be specific to you and your individual needs. I have over 25 years of experience working with children, adolescents and families experiencing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral, stress and trauma-related issues. With a strengths-based, solution-focused approach, I believe that clients are the experts in their lives. Utilizing evidence-based practices, my goal is to collaborate and support you in creating the life you desire and deserve. I offer a compassionate, empathetic, non-judgmental, and brave space for you to process, discover, learn and grow. It takes courage to make the first step towards change. I am currently accepting new clients, ages 12 and older.
