About

I provide therapy for couples and adult individuals in-person. I specialize in working with individuals to address self-esteem challenges, relationship concerns, life stage transitions, and anxiety. In my work with couples, I utilize Gottman principles to help you improve your communication and foster a resilient relationship. I also utilize the Prepare/Enrich program in my work with pre-marital couples.

I strive to offer a safe, non-judgmental, collaborative, and affirming space for you to explore difficult emotions as we work together towards reaching your goals. I approach the therapeutic relationship from a holistic perspective with a focus on mindfulness and self-compassion. Clients find me to be empathetic, encouraging, and easy to talk to.

Going to therapy takes courage, and I honor this step you are willing to take for yourself and/or your relationship. I look forward to working with you on your therapeutic journey towards healing your whole self. I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to ensure the right fit.
